This belt meets all the needs when wearing a suit or plain clothes. It has the strength to hold all the duty gear you require and remains stiff around the waist. The fine quarter adjustments are amazing and truly fit to your waist. If your waist fluctuates this is the belt for you! After 16 years of being on a tactical team your belt was very important and this keeps you feeling professional when not in uniform. The belt has a great look to it and the buckle or the colour of belt can be changed if you are serious about your style. Lots of comments so far and expect to see a lot more of these belts out there soon. The only negative I would give is that the Velcro inner that comes with it is to thick and needs to be skinner. I used an inner that I all ready had which made it fit together like a glove and passed through the suit belt loops with ease. Go give one a try, the price is a bit steep but a well worth investment and if you have a uniform allowance this would be a smart purchase. Lastly it is the only belt I found out there to cover off the same requirements as the issued belt for safety.
